Analysis & Planning
We assign each client a project manager who oversees the overall development of the site. During our initial design meeting(s), we spend time understanding our client's company, business environment, and corporate culture.

Design
Our team of professional designers creates an initial design concept based on the client's vision for their site.

The initial design concept is made available through a password protected website, so that the client may review the concept at their convenience. At this point the project manager and the client work together to further refine the design until it is acceptable to the client.

Development
During the development phase, our designers and programmers create a working website from the final design concept, taking note of all the requirements put forth by the project manager. Our focus on creating an engaging websites that are both user and search engine friendly is the key to our success.

Q & A (Quality Assurance) and Testing
Our quality assurance program includes detailed testing of our client websites on a variety of platforms, extensive usability testing, layout testing, and load testing to simulate anticipated usage.

Launch
We ensure that all systems are in place for a smooth and successful launch of each new site, including domain transfers, file transfers from a previous server, and email configuration. We work with you to coordinate the best possible launch date.

Ongoing Support
Launching your new website does not represent an end to the project, however. We will work with you to create plans for future enhancements, and new website features.
